While he never pursued the big stage, he's made playing authentic roots music a feature of his three decade music career. Those who've seen him on stages from the Carolinas to the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, through the Gulf South and the Midwest all say the same thing. How does that voice and that sound come from that man?
An expert in slide guitar, T.C., brings the raw emotion of the Depression-era 1920's and 30's to life nearly 100 years later with haunting slide-infused blues ballads, rollicking boogies, and stylistic meshes of different decades and eras of the blues masters. Sometimes menacing, sometimes rough and unpolished, always authentic, TC's music connects deeply to his listeners, reminding them of the beauty and the pain of the human experience.

He started playing at 9 years old, and has brought his unique mix of delta blues, bluegrass, country, and roots music to all 50 states. He currently calls New Hill, North Carolina home.
